Shipping

Once your order is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, P.O. addresses.

  • All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • All orders, including 2nd Day and Next Day, placed Monday through Friday after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day.
  • All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for domestic orders to ship.
  • Currently, we do not ship internationally.
  • Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification.
  • Raffi is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Raffi.
  • All order over $600 will require a signature for delivery.

*Free shipping on all domestic orders over $100.00 excluding Puerto Rico.

Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order. You have the right to cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped by contacting our customer service team at shop@raffionline.com .

Once a package has left our possession, we are no longer responsible for delays, transit time, theft, or damage.  Please contact carrier for more details.
